Rajendra Ghare is the founder-leader of SpringTide Consulting and under his stewardship, SpringTide Consulting has set high standards in the domain of Human Resources Advisory and Consulting practice.

Rajendra is an ardent HR & IR practitioner with a well-rounded industry experience of over 30 years in various HR leadership roles and positions.

Rajendra has developed a deep and clear understanding of Strategic HR and Change Management initiatives and has implemented some of the best Talent Management practices, processes and interventions while working with diverse industry segments.


Prior to his entrepreneurial sojourn, Rajendra, has been in the employment of Indian conglomerates like M&M Ltd, Anand Group, Praj Industries Ltd, and Multinational corporations like Siemens Ltd, Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd. His last role in the employment was with American Axle & Manufacturing Corporation (AAM) as its Director-HR.

Rajendra is a Graduate in Science with a Post-graduation in HR who also holds an LL.B and has successfully undergone a program for Business Managers from the IIM-B.

Rajendra has successfully completed certification in CB5, WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0, Thomas Profiling, Multiple Intelligence and Competency Mapping, Personal Profile Analysis System Training and NLP Comprehensive Workshop.

Nilima Bhope is associated with SpringTide Consulting as Senior Consultant


Nilima is an accomplished business leader with over 23 years of HR experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Service business sectors.


Prior to joining the SpringTide Consulting team, Nilima  was Head-People & Culture with Hoerbiger India where she managed  change management initiatives in the area of Strategy, Leadership and Culture. In past , she has hold leadership positions in organizations like HCL Technologies, KPIT, and Praj Industries Ltd


Nilima is OD specialist with focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, Organizational Design and Alignment, Succession Planning, and Employee Training.


Nilima understands technology and has special interest in implementation of HR Technology platforms to enhance employee experience. Nilima has hands on experience of implementing CSR projects from identification till execution in line with philosophy of the organization.


Nilima holds a Master’s in Personnel Management from Pune University and received her Bachelor’s in Commerce  from Pune University.
